Here is the leftover stroganoff with the salsa and spices. You can add cumin, chili powder, your favorite salsa or hot sauce. David added hot sauce, but salsa would be just fine and less spicy:

Last week David and I made empanadas! We used leftover stroganoff beef with added salsa and spices for flavor and made one batch with handmade dough and another with frozen pie crust. Both were good, but the frozen pie crust browned better. You can also use leftover chicken or pork to make these. (Picture at the bottom of avocado salsa chicken empanadas as well). To make the empanadas, we got a bowl and cut out a circle, added our filling, and pressed with a fork.
