For family night tonight we (David's mom Darlene and I) made fried deviled eggs!  I had seen a video recipe on Facebook and thought they looked interesting so we had to try them.  

We cut boiled eggs in half and dipped in flour, egg, and bread crumbs and fried in vegetable oil on the stove.

Next we combined 3 different mustards( spicy brown, Dijon, and grey poupon), relish, mayonnaise, & salt and pepper.  Then added to a sandwich bag, closed and cut the corner.

Add some paprika on top and serve!  I'll add this recipe to the appetizer section.  Everyone thought they turned out well.  I will definitely be making again! :)
