I made maple sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches on rolls for this weeks breakfast.  I couldn't find the maple sausage, so I just added some maple syrup to regular breakfast sausage while it was cooking.  I try to make sure my daughter, Jane gets a hearty breakfast before school.  She loves these and will eat half and home and take the other half in the car to eat on the way to school.  She loves to put strawberry jelly on the rolls.   What are your favorite breakfasts?
