Sunday we made chicken street tacos!  I bought a spice packet from Walmart for the chicken (Stubbs), cooked in the slow cooker and then assembled the tacos.  I added diced onions, cilantro, Sriracha sauce, avocado, and sour cream on a jalapeño tortilla ( found at whole foods).  After assembling the tacos we seared each side in a pan on medium hot with some olive oil until a little toasted.
Yum!  So good!!  (Added to "Mexican Recipes")
