This morning I made a breakfast casserole with sausage, hash browns, eggs, and cheese.  It was so yummy and smelled delightful!  A comforting breakfast on a snowy day.  I added the recipe to "Breakfast recipes".  I like breakfast casseroles because you can really add anything you want to them: salsa, ham, bacon, jalapeños, etc to change it up.
