Last night David and I made Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Boneless ribeye steak cut into thin slices, jalapeños, onions, butter, and buns. I'm not a steak person, but this sandwich was delicious! We thinly sliced the onions and diced the jalapeños and the sauted in butter until brown. Then added the steak to cook in the onion jalapeño flavoring. Once browned the pepper jack cheese was added for the cheesesteak. The meat was removed and we added the buns face down into the butter mixture to add flavor and then toasted in the oven. Then we added some Pepper jack cheese...yum!
